Sony has launched three new 3D-capable A/V receivers, models STR-DA5600ES, STR-DA4600ES and STR-DA3600ES. These three new models from Sony target the needs of custom home theater enthusiasts who constantly look for the best quality and the most advanced technology on the market.
The three new A/V receivers from Sony support flexible multi-room features, 3D pass-through as well as Ethernet connection for streaming from the home network and access to online content. They are all DLNA compatible for media streaming from DLNA devices.
The STR-DA5600ES and the STR-DA4600ES are able to deliver audio and video to multiple sources via the second HDMI output and video to a second zone via CAT5 output while the STR-DA5600ES model can be used as a DLNA Live Audio Server due to its ability to stream music to other DLNA clients.
All of Sony’s 7.1-channel AV receivers feature Digital Cinema Auto Calibration (DCAC) with Automatic Phase Matching (APM) and support 1080/24p video signals and x.v.Color and Deep Color video codecs, as well as all advanced audio formats such as Dolby TrueHD, dts ES, Dolby Pro Logic IIx.
